Terms and Conditions
- The Bucharest Escape Room games are based on careful observation, intuition, and logical deduction. They do not require any special skills or knowledge and under no circumstances involve the use of force, stunts, or any violent methods.
- Solving puzzles and codes does not require altering furniture or interfering with heating, lighting, or surveillance systems.
- All necessary safety precautions have been taken into account when designing the game rooms, and the scenarios do not include any harmful elements or objects for the participants.
- Participants are fully responsible for any voluntary or involuntary actions that may cause physical or psychological distress. Any damage to objects or to the room itself during the game will be the responsibility of the participants and must be repaired or replaced at their expense.
- Teams of 2 to 6 people can take part in the game. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by at least one adult. Minors aged 14 to 18 must present written consent from a parent or legal guardian or be accompanied by an adult. If these rules are not followed, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.
- Access to Escape Room Bucharest under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Consuming alcohol or drugs, as well as smoking, is also strictly forbidden. If these rules are violated, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the booking or interrupt the game without refund.
- Participants understand and accept that the door of the room will be locked during the game. The door will be opened and the game will end after one hour, whether or not the team has solved the puzzle. In exceptional situations related to health or safety, the door can be opened either by participants using the emergency system inside the room or by the Escape Room staff.
- Participants understand and agree that the game progress may be monitored by the organizers using surveillance cameras. Video monitoring is used solely to ensure the proper conduct of the game.
- Individuals with medical conditions that could be negatively affected by spending one hour in an enclosed space are advised not to participate. Escape Room Bucharest does not assume responsibility for such cases.
- Video recording and photography are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate interruption of the game by the organizers without refund.
- Bookings can be made online or by phone. In both cases, the reservation will be confirmed via email, which will include the booking details and the option to modify or cancel. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us by phone at 0730 60 50 56 or by email at office@60minutes.ro.
- Bookings can be canceled or modified at least 24 hours before the scheduled game time.
- It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to participate in the mandatory instructions and safety briefing. Participation in the game is allowed only after all team members have attended the briefing.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
- Personal belongings must be stored in the specially designated lockers.
