Terms and Conditions
- The 60 Minutes Escape Room Bucharest games are based on careful observation, intuition, and logical deduction. They do not require any special skills or knowledge, and under no circumstances involve the use of force, stunts, or any violent methods. Additionally, solving the puzzles and codes does not involve altering furniture or heating, lighting, or surveillance systems.
- All necessary safety precautions have been considered and respected when designing the game rooms, and the scenarios do not contain any harmful elements or objects for the participants. Participants take full responsibility for any voluntary or involuntary actions that may cause physical or psychological distress.
- Damages caused to objects in the room or to the room itself during the game are the responsibility of the participants and will be repaired or replaced at their expense.
- Teams of 2 to 6 people can participate in the game. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by at least one adult. Minors aged 14 to 18 must present written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the game, or they must be accompanied by an adult. If these rules are not followed, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.
- Access to 60 Minutes Escape Room Bucharest under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Consuming alcohol or drugs, as well as smoking, is also strictly forbidden. If these rules are violated, the organizers will cancel the booking or interrupt the game without a refund.
- Participants understand and accept that during the game, the door of the room they are in will be locked. The door will open and the game will end after a maximum of 60 minutes, whether or not the exit solution has been found. In exceptional situations due to health or safety concerns, the door can be opened either by the participants, using the emergency system inside the room, or by the 60 Minutes Escape Room staff.
- Participants understand and accept that the progress of the game may be monitored by the organizers using surveillance cameras. Video monitoring is used solely to ensure the proper conduct of the game.
- Persons with health conditions that may be negatively affected by spending 60 minutes in a closed space are advised not to participate in the game. 60 Minutes Escape Room Bucharest does not assume responsibility for such participants.
- Video recording or photography is strictly prohibited. If these rules are violated, the game will be immediately interrupted by the organizers without a refund.
- Bookings can be made both online and by phone. In both cases, the booking will be confirmed via an email containing the booking details and the option to modify or cancel it. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us by phone at 0730 60 50 56 or by email at office@60minutes.ro.
- Bookings can be canceled or modified at least 24 hours before the game time.
- It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to participate in the game instructions and behavior rules briefing. Participation in the game is only allowed after all participants have attended the briefing.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
- Personal belongings should be left in the specially designated lockers.
